Clarendon Location Reopening

We are very excited to announce that we formally opened our Clarendon office to limited in-person appointments on Monday, May 17th. While we have successfully been operating in-person at our South Arlington location since June 2020, we held off on opening the Clarendon office given the high volume of people and pets that visit. We felt it was prudent to hold off until our staff (and many in the community) had the opportunity to be fully vaccinated.

As we transition to operating in-person at our Clarendon location, we ask for your understanding with the following guidelines:

• Please CALL UPON ARRIVAL so that we can check you in and guide you to the appropriate lobby waiting station or an available sanitized exam room.

• We will continue to hold procedure check-ins and discharges, technician appointments, and urgent care appointments curbside.

• We will check temperatures upon your arrival.

• Please do not enter the building if you are experiencing any potential symptoms of COVID, including cough, fever, and shortness of breath.

• Masks are required at all times.

• Only one family member is permitted to accompany their pet into the office. We’re happy to dial in additional family members during the consultation.

• Due to space limitations in our exam rooms and to allow for appropriate social distancing, exams and procedures will typically be performed in a neighboring exam room or the treatment area.

• In some cases, our teams may continue to handle communications primarily over the phone.

Of course, if you prefer that your pet’s appointment be handled in a curbside manner rather than in-person, we are happy to accommodate this as well. Just let us know upon calling to check in.
