Harris Fitzgerel

Dr. Fitzgerel grew up in Annandale, VA and has had animals surrounding him his whole life. He met Drs. Gloor and Ungerer back when he was 16! He worked at CAC as a veterinary assistant and extern during his vet school years. He is so excited to be back at home as an associate veterinarian!

Dr. Fitzgerel is a double Jumbo - earning his BS in biology and DVM from Tufts University outside of Boston. He completed a one year rotating Internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in DC. His professional interests include dermatology, preventative care, internal behavior, anesthesia, and behavior. 

He currently lives in DC with his amazing fiancé, Hannah, and his perfect cat, Minnie. They are currently looking to adopt a dog who will be happy being bossed around by their 7 pound cat. In his free time, he enjoys working out, hanging out with his family, and meeting up with friends both new and old. He is so excited to be permanently back in the NOVA/DC area and be, once again, a part of CAC. #CACAWESOME!!
